Terms and Conditions
You are unable to terminate your contract once agreements have been signed by yourself and your guarantor, you have entered into a legally binding agreement. If you wish to terminate the agreement you will be required to find a replacement that is acceptable to the landlord (i.e., full time student, studying at Edge Hill university).
Rental payments are settled in three separate instalments during the duration of your agreement. These payment dates are in line with student finance. There is an option to pay in full on or before the first date of your agreement, should you wish to do so.
Deposits are refundable upon check out, at the end of your contract, subject to a full room inspection. If any deductions are to be made, this will be discussed with you. You are advised to be present for check out inspections.
All residents must be full time students, studying at Edgehill University.
